ROWAFLEX^® X 100

• stabilizes and thickens aqueous pastes of heatsealable resins
• due to the rheological behaviour it provides a clean surface of the printing screen
• prevents penetration of the printed dot into the substrate
• allows complete utilization of the print paste

ROWAFLEX^® X 100 is a suitable Stabilizer component for all aqueous hotmelt pastes.

For the preparation of the print paste, ROWAFLEX^® X 100 should be added as last
component. The stirring into the paste should be done carefully and high shearing forces need to be avoided. The application quantity depends on the mesh/CP number of the printing cylinder and varies between 8.0 and 12.0 kg on 100 kg ready made paste.
