Thickener

The usage of thickener gives the thermoplastic paste formulation the needed viscosity and promotes the pastes’ passing through the screen-holes of the printscreen. In combination with pseudo-viscous additives, the screen surface is kept clean and fast coating speeds can be achieved.

Our thickeners provides a contour-sharp and high formation of the printed dots. This positively influences bond strength properties through better mechanical fixation of the molten mass. Our thickeners are self-thickening. There is no ammonia needed to adjust pH-value.
